Professional Profile

Kensuke Kiji is a Certified Public Accountant and Tax Accountant with extensive experience in accounting, governance, and executive-level consulting. After passing the Japanese CPA Examination while still at university, he joined Deloitte Tohmatsu, one of the world’s leading professional services firms. Over more than a decade, he served as a project manager, leading engagements in statutory audits, internal control and compliance reviews, IPO preparation, and the design of corporate governance frameworks for listed and large-scale enterprises.

Following his tenure at Deloitte, he founded Arch Consulting, where he provides comprehensive support that goes beyond traditional accounting services—covering management consulting, overseas expansion support, and human resource and organizational development. He also serves as Managing Partner of Shimokawa & Kiji Tax Corporation, offering integrated tax and financial advisory services to a wide range of clients.
